"FAITH HONORED!" CONCERT                         

After years of singing and producing concerts all over New York City promoting her brand of gospel, Gospel-Reggae, Lady Peachena, finally got a record deal with the Tate Music Group label, (TMG), ...and she's excited about it! That's why she titled this, her fifth album, "I'LL NEVER LET GO OF MY FAITH," as a testament that you will get what you're seeking in life from God if you don't give up. This Grammy-nominated songwriter believes her "message music" is exactly what the masses want to hear, and she has several strong uplifting songs that show off her amazing contralto voice on this refreshing album.

Lady Peachena will sing songs from her new album at her CD RELEASE CELEBRATION & CONCERT, "FAITH HONORED!," at the Dwyer Cultural Center, located at 258 St. Nicholas St., at the corner or of 123rd Street, in Harlem, Saturday, March 19, 2011, at 6 p.m. This Gospel Diva should be dubbed the Queen of Gospel-Reggae music, for she's been singing songs with a rocking Caribbean beat since the early 80s. 

Lady Peachena has just filmed a starring role in a powerful movie short entitled, SUNSET, and she plays the lead character as a veteran singer who mentors a younger singer about the ups and downs of a singer's life, especially during the turbulent 60s. Prior to Lady Peachena's performance, excerpts of this riveting film will be shown.  

"Performing in this film was so enjoyable, because there were so many similarities in the script that I felt like I was filming the story of my life. It was really like deja vu! Incredibly surprising!" she revealed.

Lady Peachena is also the founder & lead singer of popular choir, The Late Show's Gospel Choir, who has sung on CBS TV's "LATE SHOW," several times. Most recently, she & the choir was featured on Showtime's new show, "THE BIG C," which stars Golden Globe winner, Laura Linney. and Gabourey Sidibe. 

This talented Gospel songstress is a playwright, too, and she plays Mahalia Jackson in her historical Gospel musical, "THE GREAT DIVAS OF GOSPEL," which has been playing at churches and supperclubs for the past 17 years.
